Short Biography
Alexandridis Nikos was born in Athens in 1991. At the age of 8 years old he started learning classical clarinet and theory of music, but pretty soon he was attracted to jazz and improvisation.
In 2009 he entered the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University, at which he studied jazz saxophone. In 2019 he enrolled the master's degree program of the same university called "Composition for Cinema, Theatre and the Performing Arts".
He has performed in jazz concerts all over Greece. He lives in Athens and works as a saxophonist at the Orchestra of the Greek Navy, whereas at the same time he is developing his personal project "Jazz Points".

Ο Νίκος Αλεξανδρίδης γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1991. Στην ηλικία των 8 χρονών, ξεκίνησε κλασικό κλαρινέτο και θεωρητικά, για να στραφεί στη συνέχεια στην τζαζ και τον αυοσχεδιασμό.
Το 2009 εισήχθη στο Τμήμα Μουσικών Σπουδών του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου, όπου σπούδασε τζαζ σαξόφωνο. Το 2019 μπήκε στο Μεταπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου με τίτλο "Σύνθεση για τον Κινηματογράφο, το Θέατρο και τις Παραστατικές Τέχνες".
Έχει πραγματοποιήσει διάφορες συναυλίες τζαζ ανά την Ελλάδα. Ζει στην Αθήνα και εργάζεται ως σαξοφωνίστας στην Μπάντα του Πολεμικού Ναυτικού, ενώ δουλεύει και το προσωπικό του πρότζεκτ με τίτλο "Jazz Points".
