Short Biography
Christos Anastasiadis was born in Giannitsa in 1977. He began the first trumpet lessons in the Philharmonic Orchestra of Giannitsa at the age of 10. At the age of 11 he started trumpet lessons at the Municipal Conservatory of Giannitsa. He also attended many seminars and master classes. Then he studied at the Athens Conservatory with Nick Xanthoulis.
He has been a member of the Municipal Orchestra of Thessaloniki, the Volos Symphonic Orchestra and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchesta. He was the lead trumpeter of Aroma Caribe and a founding member of the group “Seven of a Kind”. He has also participated in Plus ‘n’ Minus Collective Orchestra, Vassilis Sotiriou & the Blue Rose Band, Target Jazz Band and ZZ Jazz Quartet.
He teaches trumpet at the Philippos Nakas Concervaty and the Central Conservatorium of Thessaloniki and also gives private lessons.
In 2016 he recorded his first personal CD “First Time” with his own original compositions.

Ο Χρήστος Αναστασιάδης γεννήθηκε στα Γιαννιτσά το 1977. Ξεκίνησε τα πρώτα μαθήματα τρομπέτας στη Φιλαρμονική Ορχήστρα Γιαννιτσών σε ηλικία 10 ετών. Σε ηλικία 11 ετών ξεκίνησε μαθήματα τρομπέτας στο Δημοτικό Ωδείο Γιαννιτσών. Παρακολούθησε επίσης πολλά σεμινάρια και master classes. Στη συνέχεια σπούδασε στο Ωδείο Αθηνών με τον Νίκο Ξανθούλη.
Υπήρξε μέλος της Δημοτικής Ορχήστρας Θεσσαλονίκης, της Συμφωνικής Ορχήστρας Βόλου και της Κρατικής Συμφωνικής Ορχήστρας Θεσσαλονίκης. Ήταν πρώτος τρομπετίστας του γκρουπ Aroma Caribe και ιδρυτικό μέλος του γκρουπ «Seven of a Kind».
